These terms govern your use of Minutos en Sala (the “App” and “Service”), offered to indoor play venue owners and staff, and to parents/guardians using linked features. By using the App you agree to these terms.
The App is an operational support tool to record and count check-ins/check-outs, playtime, alerts, TV mode, parent linking, and venue admin. Some features may require a paid subscription via Google Play or other authorized channels.
Minutos en Sala does not provide childcare, does not supervise children, does not guarantee their physical safety, and is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, theft, conduct of minors or adults, or venue rule compliance. Supervision, customer charging, and floor operations are solely the responsibility of the venue operator and guardians. The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The owner may configure a maximum age for free playtime entry when a child is accompanied by a responsible adult. That rule is the venue’s commercial policy. Staff record age and adult accompaniment; the App only reflects that data for counting and operations.
You may sign in with Google or continue as a guest where available. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you register (including children’s ages, guardian phone numbers, and venue logos) and for controlling staff access.
Do not use the Service for illegal purposes or improper processing of children’s data. The venue operator is responsible for obtaining guardian consent and complying with local child-protection and privacy laws.
Subscriptions billed through Google Play are governed by Google’s policies (billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds). Prices may vary by country and currency.
The Service may be used in multiple countries. Features, languages, payment methods, or legal requirements may vary by jurisdiction. You must comply with applicable laws where you operate.
Our brand, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or use them beyond the authorized scope.
We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance unless local law requires otherwise.
Except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country provide otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the laws of Chile. If you live in the EU or another region with non-waivable rights, those rights prevail.
