This policy explains what data Minutos en Sala processes, why, with whom, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies wherever the App is available.
Privacy contact: minutosensaladejuego@gmail.com
Operate playtime control, send alerts (e.g. 10 minutes left / time up), venue stats, support, security, product improvement, and legal compliance.
We process data based on: performance of the contract/service, consent (e.g. notifications), legitimate interests (security and improvement, balanced against your rights), and legal obligations. In the EEA/UK or similar regimes you may withdraw consent where applicable.
We use Google infrastructure (Firebase: Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Hosting) and Google Play Billing. Data may be processed on servers outside your country (e.g. the United States or other Google regions) under the safeguards those services provide.
Children’s session data is entered by the venue under its responsibility. We use it only to provide the playtime service. The venue operator must follow local parental-consent rules.
We keep data while the account/venue is active and for additional time needed for security, disputes, or law. You can request deletion in the App (“Delete account and data”) or by emailing minutosensaladejuego@gmail.com.
Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (e.g. in the EU, your Member State authority). We will respond within a reasonable time.
With your permission we send local or push alerts about playtime and service updates. You can disable them in system settings or in the App when available.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, HTTPS in transit, Firebase security rules). No system is 100% secure.
We will update this page when practices change. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
